Magnificent apartment owner! The owner welcomed us with a huge smile and it stayed that way until the end of our stay! We felt taken care of in every respect. The owner of the apartment was very helpful and more than nice. He answered all questions and tried to make us feel as good as possible even before arriving. The apartment was really clean, starting from the rooms and ending with towels and bedding. Lots of storage space, huge wardrobes, ironing board, hairdryer, Nespresso and coffee provided by the owner. There was even a welcome Prosecco waiting for us in the fridge, which was a very nice gesture. The entire apartment is finished with higher quality materials. We were especially surprised by the kitchen and wardrobes. I can't say even one bad word. Just perfect!

Situated in the island of Lido, which is accessible by the public water transport boats. Beach is walkable from this place. The sunset was beautiful. There are 2 supermarkets nearby. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. The hostess met us on time to give the keys. There were pans n plates for cooking. Felt at home. Away from the rush of touristy Venice, yet such a close and calm residential area with its own canals.

    Beautiful apartment, perfect location. We loved the balcony and the Italian decor of the apartment. Cousy. 5 mins from lovely beach. 5 mins from the bus / boat which takes you to city centre. Lovely restaurants around the property Nice and clean.

    Exceptional location: a minute walk from the vaporetto (water taxi) to and from the airport, San Marco Square, and all other ferry lines. Valentina is an amazing hostess, very accommodating, and made us feel at home.  We exchanged phone numbers and she was truly available with any questions we had.  The whole apartment is exceptionally clean. Furniture is old Italian style, but appliances are all new. The beds are comfortable.  It was a great place to stay, especially during the Venice film festival. We would return.

    We spent 5 days in Venice Golf Residence, in Alberoni. We had a pretty busy schedule and it was really refreshing to stay in such wonderful apartments. From the reservation process till the check out, everything went really smoothly and easy - Viviana was an excellent and really helpful host. Beside all of that, both apartments were properly equipped, clean and in a very good location: the beach was really close, the public transport system is perfect and several stores were at arm’s length.

    The apartment was clean and welcoming with beautiful art deco furniture. There were a lot of equipment we could use. The person who was letting us in was very nice and helpful. We'd like to go there again!
