You could not ask for a better location in Menaggio. Lovely studio apartment with large, clean bath and a nice kitchen area. Decor was nice. Helpful host gave us information about how to enter the unit with a code, how to find free and metered local parking for our rental car, and a close-by rental agency for a boat with a captain. The balcony was relaxing at the end of the day with a beverage overlooking the square. The in-room espresso was delicious. We heated up milk and made lattes and made a light breakfast of fruit and yogurt and pastries.

Mari was very kind and helpful, flexible re: check in and check out times. I travelled with a friend and Mari gave us great recommendations for hiking options and sightseeing nearby, She even left a bottle of wine and fruits for us, as well as coffee. I can highly recommend to stay with her. Also, the sofa bed was very comfortable.

Perfect apartment in a perfect location. All the facilities were brand new and designed beautifully and the view from all the windows was stunning, with a small running river directly under the apartment. Coffee shops, a bakery and a deli are within a two minute walk which was very comfortable for breakfast. The host was very friendly, helpful and flexible. Bottom line, this was the best apartment we stayed in during our trip to Italy and would definitely return. Highly recommend.

The apartments are really very good. The entire apartment is very modernly furnished, with comfortable furniture and everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped - coffee machine, stove, oven, dishwasher, many different plates, bowls, glasses. Everything is very clean and new. Fantastic view of the lake from the spacious terrace. Definitely recommend!

The air con was brilliant, really quiet and kept the whole apartment nice and cool. We loved everything about this property! The location was perfect right next to the ferry, on the lake and a short stroll to the main square. Menaggio itself is the perfect place to base yourself for a trip to Lake Como as it is easily accessible to the rest of the lake while being slightly less touristy and flatter to walk around. Alessandro was a wonderful host, check in was easy and he provided so much local knowledge that made sure we got the most out of our week exploring the town and the lake. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and well equipped - it is clear that Alessandro has thought of everything that you may need to make your stay a pleasant one! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Sensational holiday and Villa Paola is perfect in every way!

They thought of everything you might need while on vacation. It's a mini home away from home. We enjoyed our stay.
