We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Tsutenkaku in Osaka. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores nearby. The train station is also within walking distance, making it easy to travel to other attractions. The accommodation itself is neat, spacious, and comfortable. All necessary equipment inside the room is provided. Their instructions before and after checking in are well organized. We got great value for our money. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Osaka. Thank you, Ocean Tsutenkaku, for making our trip memorable!

Keep in mind the location is a mostly self-check-in service so the privacy was well appreciated. The online staff was excellent with fast response times. I found their customer service on the booking website to exceed my expectations. They were able to respond in a timely manner even during the night. The property is also located within walking distance from a major transit hub with multiple convenience stores as well as a large grocery store within ten minutes. There is a washing machine and a drying function on the shower side which is a very nice touch. Multiple minor amenities were provided along with what you would usually expect a room to include with a stove.

Unbeatable price in Namba area. Modern building with all amenities. Quiet. Very comfortable bed, comforter, and towels all felt luxurious. Grocery store Life 3 blocks away so one can cook meals in apartment. 15 mins to Namba Metro and walking is good for the heart! Staff very responsive in replying to messages. I would recommend and definitely stay here again.

The size of the residence surprised me. The bedroom appears spacious despite having four queen beds arranged in a row. The residence can accommodate seven bags in total, yet there is still room for us to roam around. There's a separate bathroom and one toilet. A balcony where clean laundry and towels can air dry because the washer only has an air dry setting. There are plenty fresh towels, toiletries, and basic amenities in the house. The directions are easy to understand and follow for both getting to the residence and gathering the keys. The residence is 15 minutes by train from Umeda and one train stop from Shinsaibashi.

I booked 6 months in advance and felt my price for the room (1 bed apartment) was good for Japan (Location). However, when I saw future prices (for the same time I was there) I was astounded at the difference. Washer and dryer in the apartment was a bonus and mini kitchenette - small, compact but perfect for a short stay in Osaka.

The futon was incredibly comfortable, allowing us to sleep soundly. The area was also very quiet, which was a plus. However, the place was a bit tricky to find, so I highly recommend watching the guide video they provide. I think we will book here again. The stay was very affordable, and we were completely satisfied.

Clean, spacious, no strange smell and very well managed, I enjoyed the stay very much and the location is awesome: park, beautiful river, big supermarket, convenience stores and train stations (to Osaka or Kyoto) are all within 5-min walk! Also, walking to Osaka Castle or Tenmabashi shopping street is easy. I will definitely choose yksi apartment when I come to Osaka next time.Lin BoSolo traveller

Perfect for a family of 4 who wants to stay together and not have to split between rooms. The convenience store is located right beside the Condominium, which is great!
