We had a really nice stay. The apartament looks exactly the same as presented in the pictures. It's well-equipped, spacious, and clean. The neighbourhood is quiet and the beaches arę within a walking distance (the one in the town of Perast, the other two in Kamenovo and Saint Steven). Additionally, whenever we had any questions, our host was always there to answer and recommend the best solutions. Big plus for the swimming pool. Clean and just right as for the size and the temperature of water.

There was a dishwasher and washingmachine and the appartment had a good location near the beaches in Sveti Stefan. It was easy to go to Budva by bus in the evenings.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and features 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a toaster and a fridge. Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment. The property has an outdoor dining area.
Hungary
The location is perfect. It's close to the best beaches (Queen's beach was our favourite). The local restaurants in the closest bay are not cheap but they serve fresh fish. The bus stop to Budva or Sven Stefani is just nearby as well. (Sven Stefani is just 25 min walk away). All of our technical issues on the first day were sorted quickly by the owner or the local resort manager. The appartment had everything we needed including some basic ingredients as well (flour, sugar, spices etc). It's in the second floor but you need to go underground to get to the flat (the house is built on a steep hill). First we thought it was a disadvantage but actually it's a good feature that it's on the least sunny side of the building, far from the noise coming from the pool area.

The apartment was homey, clean and comfortable. There were many items in the house that came in handy during our stay. The location was ideally located to several stores, the hotel, and the beach.

The location is excellent - fabulous walking way to Sveti Stefan beach, convenient driving distance to such "must see" destinations as Budva, Cetinje, Lipa cave, Skadar lake etc. The kitchen is very well equipped, you will find everything you need and even more. The host Ivana was very welcoming and hospitable. We enjoyed the stay at Apartment Seaside so much and are looking forward to visiting this property sometimes again.

We had a rental car, the location was 5 minutes to Sveti Stefan beach and around 15 minutes to Budva, 45 minutes to Kotor, which was great for us. The sea view from the room was so beautiful except for the building on the right-hand side that's still under construction but that was okay. The room was super clean and furnished in a modern way.
