Very spacious apartment with a nice view over the swimming pool. The pool is half in the shadow which I really appreciated because of the kids. The location is perfect. Close to shops, cafes, restaurants, bars. However, someone could be disturbed by the noises from the 5th avenue. we were ok with that.

Our lovely 2 bed/2 bath apartment at Marisol Beach, with a terrace opening on to the central courtyard and pristine pool, was one of my best travel finds EVER! Spacious, clean, comfortable, central but not in the thick of things, and just a stone's throw to one of the best beach/resort areas of Playa del Carmen. The design of this white stucco condominium complex - with a courtyard and pool surrounded on all sides by around 4 stories of apartments - shuts out the noise of the city and also allows for security gates on the perimeter as well as at the corridor, to provide a satisfying level of security without being an eyesore. You really feel like you have found an oasis! And Lucas, the manager, couldn't have been more gracious and accommodating! A very pleasant and charming host! And all at a very reasonable price! Loved our stay!

Everything, It's all great. The studio, although small, is very clean and has everything you need for a short stay. We didn't use the lower pool and bar, so we are unable to comment on them, we did, however, use the roof top pool and bar, the view from the roof top pool is good, you can see across playa aswell as the sea. We had a couple of cocktails from the bar think they were around 200 pesos each. If you are looking to stay somewhere for a few nights, this is a perfect, comfortable, friendly little place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of main street playa. When we come back to Playa, we will definitely see if this place is available.

Absolutely beautiful place, new, modern, comfortable, stylish, very clean. It has everything you need. Massimo, the owner, is a star - does everything to make you feel at home. The cleaning lady does amazing job. Location is good. In the centre, but about 10 mins walk from the main, busy, loud area. We would walk at night and felt very safe. Plenty of shops and street food around. Definately it's a place worth recommending. Thank you guys for your great job. Had fab time :)

Big and clean apartment with 2 dormitories and a neat dining table. Ful kitchen with all you will need to prepare any meal. Private parking a few metres away, within the secure private neighbourhood. Swimming pool is fine, and has some blissful shade in the afternoon. The security guards were also very polite and helpful when our lost luggage was delivered. Highly recommended!

We used this terrace extensively through out stay.

The condo is close to many restaurants, to main pedestrian zone and beach, but in more quite area. The apartment-studio is in general small, but very functional. All facilities are new and well maintained.
