We had a great time! Location is good, close to the beach, restaurants and shops, very quiet on the same time. Nice garden and facilities. Daily cleaning, staff is very friendly. Yes, its on the hill, so is the whole country, not sure why people keep on mentioning it. Mer Riviere has a different kinds of accommodation, we had a two floor house with balconies and own parking place. It was big enough for the family with 2 kids. We would advise to rent an ‘automatic’ car if you are planning trips around the island. Beau Vallon beach is probably the nicest, very wide, it doesn’t feel busy at all.

Everything about this place is great! Close to Beau Vallon beach. Close to restaurants, street food trucks, supermarkets etc. The apartments are very clean and neat, fully equipped with everything you really need during holidays. Highlight of our stay was meeting the hosts: Paul and Tina, 2 amazingly nice people who made us feel so welcome, always cheerful and willing to help and provide assistance with anything. It literally felt like they are family to us. Can't be thankful enough! You guys are the best hosts we EVER EVER EVER had.

We've been to Mahe multiple times, but this is the best accommodation. The location on the beach is perfect. Apartment was spacious with a huge terrace and two bathrooms equipped with a bidet. Cleanliness was also exceptional (much better than in more expensive hotels). It is also possible to use water sports equipment for free.

We stayed two weeks at the Seychelles in three different accomodations and Sunset Haven Villa was the far best! Newly built, nicely decorated and clean apartments with a beautiful sea view! The warm and genuine hospitality that we received from Chris and Marievonne, is something that we will remember for ever! Hope we will be able to come back one day!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by its cleanliness and freshness. The rooms were spacious, featuring lovely terraces to enjoy the surroundings. The abundance of modern electronics added to the convenience of the stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from the beach. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay by the sea.

The property is near the Beau Vallon beach around 5 mins walk. Theres a seafood restaurant downstairs that serves excellent seafood dishes. They allowed us to check in early before 10am because our flt lands at 8:30am we leave our things change and proceed with our tour. The price is good for going on group. The house has almost complete sets of cooking utensils, its a plus with automatic washers lots of blankets and towels. Theres lots of sofas and it was really an excellent and nice stay. We stayed 3days 2nights.

I liked everything about this apartment but the sea view especially in the afternoon when the sun sets is absolutely wow.

We liked the apartment very much, especially being very close to Beau Vallon and the "main" area - all in walking distance. We had a rental car during our trip (highly recommended) and visited some great beaches (Sunset beach, Anse Major) nearby and did as well as the Copolia hike. The apartment was very spacious and the roof top terrace was perfect to watch the sunset with a drink or two.

The best thing was getting to meet the oner's!!! Dafni and Lumber wear very warm and welcoming and showen me there great local hospitality. Dear Dafni, thanks for everything lt was absolutely great, hope to meet again!!!
