I had to wait 20 hours before I could even get my luggage, had to lie on a couch freezing and not go to hospital, as nobody came to help when I talked to the intercom guy to get into the room.

The host gave us all the information very efficiently, so we enjoyed our stay.

We really liked the design and cosyness of the flat, which has all facilities of a home plus great location.
