Wifi connection was stable and fast. The staff was kind and polite The spa is small, but enough for relaxation.

El Medius Park Apartment se encuentra en Sandanski. Este departamento tiene cocina totalmente equipada. Este departamento dispone de 2 dormitorios, TV de pantalla plana y aire acondicionado. Everything! The room is completely new, clean and stylish. Every appliance and piece of furniture is well fitted and premium brand. Nothing looks cheap. The balconies are huge and have an awesome view of the city and park. There are windows everywhere and the natural light is perfectly handled. For those that want to sleep in , there are dark curtains to block the morning sun. Everything imaginable is available, and as a bonus there are also packaged slippers. Location wise it is right on center but at an easy to park place. Staff is extremely welcoming. Tony was awesome. Also of note: we found a complete medical kit in the cupboard above the oven. Thankfully we did not need it but it is great that it is there. The unit was very clean.

Very spacious, fully equiped and very modern apartment. The host is very responsive and he gave us precise instructions for self check in and self check out. Private parking is a real advantage even though the entrance is little bit difficult.

I have a season pass and therefore I tried almost every hotel in Bansko - this one is special. for the price, it offers the best value in Bansko by far! The spa is excellent, the rooms are new and comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. Don’t forget to eat the best Burger in Bansko in Garlic restaurant at the hotel. I would definitely come again next season!

The place is very cozy and comfy - it makes you feels like you are in your own home. It is well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The city center is literally withun 2-3 minutes walking distance. The owner is very responsive and provides detailed instructions about the check-in process and everything else you might need as information. Highly recommend!

El Private Spa Luxury apartment se encuentra en Bansko, cerca de la iglesia de la Santísima Trinidad, y ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, servicio de alquiler de equipos de esquí, guardaesquíes, bar... El anfitrión nos esperó para darnos las llaves y el mando de entrada al parking (gratuito). Y también en el check out. Muy profesional nos explicó el funcionamiento también del spa, del cual disfrutamos de forma gratuita en la tarde. El estudio era muy cómodo, funcional, con una pequeña terraza, que si el tiempo lo permitía se podia disfrutar en las comidas. Limpio y muy acogedor, con mantitas para el sofá. Cocina con todo el menaje. Volvería sin duda
