St. The property was just like the photos. The apartment we had presented as new. It was super clean, functional and suited our family of 5. The location was great as it is either a short drive to Madesimo or very convenient to walk/drive a very short distance to take the lift to Motta if you are there to ski. I noticed some comments in reviews about the apartments being on a main road. Campodolcino is a small town and very little traffic passes on this very narrow road that passes through the centre of town. There was no traffic noise and entry/exit to the property was easy. It’s also convenient to walk a very short distance across the road to the butcher and supermarket, bar and restaurants. The temperature inside the apartment was very comfortable with heating in each room that could be adjusted. It was cold when we were there (minus temperatures) but the apartment was always comfortable. The beds were very firm (as per the other reviews). The linen and towels were all good quality/condition. The kitchen was suitable to cook a simple meal after a day on the slopes as it had a 4 burner stove, microwave, fridge and reasonably stocked kitchen utensils, pots/pans/ plates/cutlery. The bathroom was as new with reasonable water pressure and hot water supply in the shower. There is no television but an iPad is supplied. This was a positive for some of the family and a negative for others. There were board games supplied so family monopoly was great after a day on the slopes. Contact with the manager was easy (we used WhatsApp) and they were very responsive.

A very cozy place, fully equipped with most of the necessary stuff. We really enjoyed the relaxing area, the spa and the pool. Under 10min drive to Ischgl and the bus stop is very close by. The parking garage is very fitting, just make sure to inform the property in advance if you need a spot.

We had a partial view of the mountains. It was a short walk to some shops. The apartment was very clean. Daniele lived just below our apartment so it was easy to contact him when necessary. Underground parking was a plus. It was nice to have a kitchen so that we could have breakfast without leaving the apartment early.

The check-in was very smooth with lots of recommandations for dinning. The flat on the ground floor was great and extremely clean. The location is perfect, a short distance to the city and easy to reach the ski lift (10min walking). The plus is definitely the parking!
