It even had a small kitchen if you wanted to cook. Very comfortable and roomy. Really good breakfast with lots of options. The manager could speak good English and others basic English. Not super central and the subway was about a 10-15 minute walk but really not that bad. I doubt there is anything of such quality and affordability closer to downtown for foreigners unless you book really far ahead during the summer holiday season.
