Staying at Villa Rebecca was exactly what we expected and needed after 15 days of touring: a tranquil setting, a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of Luxor. Situated on the West Bank, in a rural-like area surrounded by family-style homes and local agriculture, this apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We had a gorgeous view of sunrise and sunset from the terrace, and really enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided. The host, Ali, and the other people there working were all so kind and helpful - we were really grateful and impressed by how hospitable they were in getting us groceries (i.e. milk, fruit, beer, water, etc.), dropping us off and picking us up at the boat docks whenever we needed it, and for making us feel so welcome from the first moment we met. One of our most special memories was riding three to a motorbike (several times!) through the fields and residential streets, waving back at smiling locals as we whizzed by under the blazing Egyptian sun! It was awesome! Ali also ended up taking us to Marsa Alam for a very reasonable price and I highly recommend that you ask him about tours, places to eat and anything else you might be interested in - he is a very kind man. Overall, a wonderful place to spend your holiday. Highly recommend it!

The property is so so beautiful and comfortable. It’s our favorite accomodation in Egypt so far, and we’ve seen a couple of hotels. The owner is incredibly kind, staff is helpful, they serve a nice breakfast based on what you like, and it is very clean. We had a blast 🙏

Casa Loko is a great location on the West side of the Nile, very close (10 minutes walk) to the boats crossing the river to the city center (Luxor museum and Luxor Temple) and also quite close (15 minutes drive) to the historical sites of the West bank. Peaceful environment (far from the noise of the city center). Small building with 4 large cosy apartments and a swimming pool in a nice small garden. Mohamed, with his brother and his son, are so kind and made our stay one of the best ones we have ever had, helping us preparing our visits, cooking us food when needed and always caring about us and the kids.

This hotel was perfect. I was able to work remotely and the Lily room is absolutely beautiful for long term stays. The garden is stunning, and the roof is perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. The water pressure is great, and the wifi is fast enough for digital nomads. The hosts are very welcoming and will help you with anything you need. The location is ideal, on the quiet side, but easy access to everything. I fell in love with this hotel! They also helped us arrange several tours, including with the Egyptologist Valentino, which we enjoyed very much.

The place was in a quiet area of the west bank of the Nile. The hosts were super friendly, giving us tips an dhelping us grab food or arranging rides to the airport. The rooms were very spacious, and the balcony and swimming pool area. We just stayed after our cruise trip and needed 1 day to relax and it was perfect for that. They also helped arrange lunch on request, where we asked for grilled chicken and stuffed pigeons, and it was also declicious. Highly recommend!!

We chose Spirit Luxor Luxury for its location on the west bank of the Nile, which offers a more authentic atmosphere compared to the opposite side, better time and price accessibility to the sights and significantly more peace. If you need to move to the center of Luxor, there are many motor boats available at a low price. The apartment building is right next to restaurants with good food and drink and especially with wonderful views across the Nile to the historic city. The apartment seemed luxurious, it was very pleasant, extra large, clean, well equipped, with a quality mattress, with nets on the windows and a pleasant garden with a swimming pool. The crown of the good feeling of the stay is created by the always smiling and friendly Mohamed, who helped us not only with transportation from Hurghada to Luxor and organizing trips, but also informed us about local prices and conditions. After a week of stay, we assess that our decision was correct, the accommodation was really excellent in all respects and we felt comfortable and safe here.

The apartment was well located and had absolutely everything I needed and more. Ahmed was incredibly pleasant and very helpful. My only regret was that my stay was short.
