Erki House and owner Ahmed are amazing! The location is superb with a short walk to Abu Simbel. I can’t recommend enough staying at least 1 night in Abu Simbel and staying at Erki house! Ahmed is the definition of a great host and will go above and beyond to make sure you have an easy stay. I recommend letting him know what your plans are and he will help you with anything you need. Ahmed got me ticket to light/sound show and day ticket next day for Abu Simbel at same cost if you walk up to window but without hassle of purchasing one at temples. Erki house is spacious, clean and welcoming. The breakfast in the morning that is offered is authentic Egyptian made by his mom. I will be coming back to Erki house when I return to Egypt for sure! You will come as a guest and leave as family! Thanks Ahmed and Erki house!!

I was happy staying here for 2 days. The house was clean and quiet, and the dishes in the kitchen were clean and well-equipped with a gas stove. And the hosts, Hassan and Ahmet, were kind and friendly. Whenever I had questions or needed help, I got answers right away. They picked me up at the bus terminal, gave me a ride to the terminal when I left, and helped me buy a bus ticket to Aswan. He even helped me get some beer. (There are no stores that sell alcohol in Abu Simbel. Some large hotel bars sell alcohol, but it is quite expensive.) It's not like a hotel and it is located in a local area. That's why I liked the house more.

Place was very clean and shaban the owner of the apartment was very kind and good hospitality. We was leaving to Cairo early morning around 05:00 but he did packed us breakfast. He is a very good and a honest man. I recommend who ever comes to Abu simbel to take Al Fouad.

Abu simbel Nubian Guest House er en nyrenoveret lejlighed med terrasse og havudsigt i Abu Simbel, 1,6 km fra Abu Simbel-templerne. Ejendommen har udsigt over søen og haven. We had a great stay at Abu Simbel Nubian Guest House! The host was the most hospitable person we have met in all Egypt! We got welcome drinks, a plate of fruit and there were drinks for us in the fridge also for free and not just water but also pepsi. The breakfast is included in the stay however we told him we won’t be able to make it because we will leave early so he made us a breakfast box so we could eat it in the car. So kind! And he also hooked us up with the tickets for sound and light show. The room was very clean and cozy! Wr highly recommend you to stay here when you visit Abu Simbel

The host is friendly, the place is very clean, and the location in the middle of Elephantine Island is amazing.

Everything was more than expected. Ideally located, the appartment is well equiped, clean and a stunning view. The host was exceptional, he helped us all the way with precise and accurate instructions. He was very helpful in all aspects : how to get the ferry, recommended a wholesome restaurant (King Jamaica, you should try it), booked a visit to Abu Simbel, etc. He's simply the best.

Roma House ligger i en nyrenoveret ejendom i Aswan nær Nubian Museum på Kitchener's Island. It is an amazing guesthouse run by an amazing family. The place was as shown on the photos. Everything looked like new an it was really clean. They were really helpful with everything, fantastic communication before and during my stay. The fact that they organised my trip to Abu Simbel for the best price makes them another good choice. Amazing views from the terrace.
