Spotlessly clean with all amenities. Caveat - the building is a bit run down but that s the case all over Egypt so not the owner’s fault. That is also why the price is economical and it is fabulous value for money. - laundry is there - Ammar helped do my laundry and there is a dryer as well so you get your clothes clean and dry. - it felt like staying at a dear friend s home and Ammar also offered help with organising tours.

Big and clean apartment with a comfy bed. The owner Ahmed is a lovely and helpful person. He booked everything we needed for our stay in Abu Simbel (temples, light show, French tour guide). Do not hesitate to have dinner onsite because the meal prepared by his mother was just delicious!

I was happy staying here for 2 days. The house was clean and quiet, and the dishes in the kitchen were clean and well-equipped with a gas stove. And the hosts, Hassan and Ahmet, were kind and friendly. Whenever I had questions or needed help, I got answers right away. They picked me up at the bus terminal, gave me a ride to the terminal when I left, and helped me buy a bus ticket to Aswan. He even helped me get some beer. (There are no stores that sell alcohol in Abu Simbel. Some large hotel bars sell alcohol, but it is quite expensive.) It's not like a hotel and it is located in a local area. That's why I liked the house more.

Very well furnished and comfortable apartment. Per our request, we were provided with a stove and cooking utensils. 1 km from the Abu Simbel temple. We had our car and driver for the overnight stay, so it was easy to make the trip to the temple in the evening for the sound and light show (besides the morning visit ). Market with groceries and vegetables was about a 500 meter walk. We had a great stay at Abu Simbel Nubian Guest House! The host was the most hospitable person we have met in all Egypt! We got welcome drinks, a plate of fruit and there were drinks for us in the fridge also for free and not just water but also pepsi. The breakfast is included in the stay however we told him we won’t be able to make it because we will leave early so he made us a breakfast box so we could eat it in the car. So kind! And he also hooked us up with the tickets for sound and light show. The room was very clean and cozy! Wr highly recommend you to stay here when you visit Abu Simbel
