It is just a flat, no breakfast included (but there is a kitchen and some tea/coffee... which I did not use). There is no air-conditioning, but inside was cool (compared to 34 degrees outside). Location is about midway between the town center and the university (good for me). It takes about 30 mins to walk to the centre -- apparently there is a bus stop not far from the flat. The road outside was pretty quiet; parking there costs 5 euros per day (i.e. 10:00-18:00). There is a nice park about a minutes' walk away.

It is a small appartement and everything you need is there. Great location right in the centre and 2 min. away from bakery and supermarket. We could stall our two bicycles inside the appartement. Just perfect!
