The room I stayed in was not only clean and tidy but also equipped with various amenities that enhanced my comfort. The free Wi-Fi provided was highly reliable, allowing me to stay connected with the outside world seamlessly. Additionally, the complimentary Netflix account was a wonderful touch, enabling me to relax and enjoy my favorite movies without interruption. The in-room facilities were comprehensive, including an electric stove, electric kettle, and refrigerator, which made it convenient for me to prepare snacks, warm beverages, or store food temporarily at any time. I particularly appreciated the free bottled water, which showed a thoughtful consideration for guests' basic needs. However, the most breathtaking aspect of staying in this apartment was the sea and city views from the top of Batam's tallest building. A short walk took me to Fanindo, an ideal spot to try some foods or simply grab a bite when hunger struck. The apartment owner was incredibly responsive and very helpful whenever contacted. The place is clean. There’s a convenience store right next to it and also there’s a bigger store inside the mall behind the hotel. Around 100m from the hotel there’s a lot of franchise restaurant/bakery, and around 200m there’s a big food stall area. Easy to find any kind of food, including veg/vegan options. The front door is locked at 10 PM so it’s safe. Multiple room type choices, but this one with bunk bed is great for 2pax. The receptionist are helpful and communicative. Definitely coming back here.
