Very quiet location but evertyhing was close anyway. And also important ... I felt very safe in the house. Easy to park as well.

Most importantly, Stefano (the owner) gave spectacularly good help. First, he came and guided us to find a parking spot (parking in the vicinity being controlled), helped with the complexities of the (italian language) parking meter and the drove us from our parked car to the apartment. He also explained the locations of important archeological sites and the related museum. His range of other local tourist information was comprehensive. Stefano and his apartment are treasures for a visit to Oristano - highly recommended.

Antonello and Rita were super kind, lovely and truly service-minded. The apartment is clean and comfy, located at the heart of Cagliari, and close to as much as everything you need on a vacation. You have restaurants and cafe's nearby, minimarkets and the marina. We highly recommend this lovely apartment. By the way, the terrace was super nice👌
