The room is thoughtfully designed with everything you need for both short and longer stays. The kitchen is well equipped. Heating works well. There's a washing machine - there's no dryer but the bathroom has a dehumidifying clothes drying setting that dries your clothes in a few hours. Better than a dryer as it doesn't shrink your sweaters! The staff is lovely. The building is a short easy walk to the train station. Great value for money. We'd definitely stay again.

Located close enough to the areas we wished to see and close to restaurants and only 20 min walk to bar district. Stayed with extended family and each had different rooms. The larger rooms were big enough to hold a family gathering in. Would definitely stay here again.

Among the facilities at this property are a 24-hour front desk and a lift, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The aparthotel has family rooms. We were surprised at how the kitchen was equipped with utensils, plates, bowls and anything you needed to cook with, even tho we didn’t cook it was nice option to have. Always handy to have a fridge, microwave and toaster oven handy. Able to eat as soon as we got up to get our day going, and always had snacks ready for our late night cravings. The size was great, having travelled with 3 kids. It was clean. Location was great! We would love to come back again and for sure will come stay here!

It’s spacious, tastefully designed, sparkling clean and quiet. Its staff is efficient and helpful. All these locate in a central place of main tourism attractions of Kyoto, many of them are with walking distance. No breakfast is provided, but, with the Familymart two minutes away you get everything you need.
