I appreciate the extra effort of the host personally instructing us on how to use the electronic locking system. An added feature in the form of a personally managed fireplace I had thought to be pretty cool as it was something I had no experience over and yet the hosts were able to instruct and manage us even if we were laymen. The accommodation itself was indeed superb but what made the experience exceptional was the service we received; constant and consistent communication, a warm welcome in the form of organic vegetables and surprise treats in the fridge, and 24/7 on call service. It was plainly nothing I had ever experienced elsewhere.
