All the nice pubs and eat out places are two minutes walk . also its in a extremely calm and piece-full area surrounded by greenery one side and the sea on the otherside the living room was spacious the kitchen was amazing with all the equipments to make a light meal. The bathroom was clean and tidy 24/7 security was at the property. there is a swimming pool and gym spa . The pool is in the top floor infinity pool overlooking the indian ocean. The best to observe the sunset while in the pool. you just have to feel it as no words can justify the feeling to have drink at the roof top while dipping in the infinity pool The property is very closer to katunayake international airport which makes it nice to have transit hotel or even to stay longer period. I really wanted to take time to write this review as this is brand new property and words cant justify how nice it is . best is to experience the confort

Le rooftop quand il ne pleut pas c’est super :) le lit très confortable. Douche chaude, salle de bain très bien ! Rien à redire il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait! Parfait pour atterrir en douceur après un long vol

You can use free bikes to go and explore the local area, it was a lovely way to spend the last part of our holiday. So glad we booked and we loved Negombo. Would highly recommend.
