The owners are very friendly and they furbished the apartment with anything required. It is amazing how much they thought about it and made sure a person that lands has everything he needs on the first day/night.

Located in Katunayake, Transit Studio Katunayake provides accommodation with free WiFi. Guests can enjoy complimentary pick and drop from the Katunayake railway and bus station. Host was amazing and they provided an airport transfer very early in the morning!

Call was given before hand to confirm the booking. Key was handed over to us at the property with a friendly face. The apartment is at a complex of 54 apartments and this one is one of the easiest to get to and got a superb view of Indian ocean just infront of the famous browns beach. The person look after the property Prathap was very nice friendly corporative fellow who educated us on the surroundings and things to do The property is at walking distance to the most happening area of srilanka the negambo night life street. All the nice pubs and eat out places are two minutes walk . also its in a extremely calm and piece-full area surrounded by greenery one side and the sea on the otherside the living room was spacious the kitchen was amazing with all the equipments to make a light meal. The bathroom was clean and tidy 24/7 security was at the property. there is a swimming pool and gym spa . The pool is in the top floor infinity pool overlooking the indian ocean. The best to observe the sunset while in the pool. you just have to feel it as no words can justify the feeling to have drink at the roof top while dipping in the infinity pool The property is very closer to katunayake international airport which makes it nice to have transit hotel or even to stay longer period. I really wanted to take time to write this review as this is brand new property and words cant justify how nice it is . best is to experience the confort

Very modern appartment with balcony overlooking Negombo and the ocean. Comfy bed, efficient AC and fan, all good and would return again. Tallest building in Negombo. Kind and prompt contact with owner before and throughout the stay via WhatsApp. The condo building has a 24x7 reception desk where the key was provided and also returned at departure. 2..3 Minutes to the Beach. Good selection of restaurants, shops within walking distance. Less than 30 minutes to CMB airport (Uber/PickMe). Bring your power adapters. All sockets are type G.

Big apartments with good equipment kitchen and not small bathroom with hot water and good flow. Very friendly hosts - trying to help with everything you need(can transfer you to/from airport for reson price). Also there is a comfortable bed and clean bed sheets. Very good value for the money.

We stayed at the hotel with our two kids and everything was great : we had a beautiful apartment with A/C, nice view and quiet. The children enjoyed the swimming pool on the roof and we got a nice welcome cocktail. The staff were particularly kind, attentive and helpful. The kids could also use the pool after the check out. This was a great time in Negombo.

The apartment was spotless. Everything was thought of, such as towels, water, and shampoos. Nice place with 2 spacious bedrooms with a fantastic view. The host is very polite and friendly. Location is good, and there is a fully equipped kitchen.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The interior, amenities and the location is top notch. Definitely worth for the price and had a relaxing stay there.
