Set in Katunayake, SEBASTIAN TRANSIT KATUNAYAKE is a recently renovated accommodation, 7.6 km from St Anthony's Church and 29 km from R Premadasa Stadium. Excellent accommodation for airport transit - it is very well equipped with anything you might need (large, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, AC, even a washing machine and a very well equipped kitchen). There are also snacks you can purchase if arriving at night and the stores are closed. Last but not least - the apartment location is just perfect, just a few minutes drive away from the airport, and the owner will drive you there free of charge (my flight was super early, and that was not an issue). Overall, an excellent value and highly recommended to make your first or last day in Sri Lanka hassle-free.

Situated within 70 metres of Negombo Beach and 1.6 km of Wellaweediya Beach, Infinity Condos by Ocean Breeze offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Negombo. Call was given before hand to confirm the booking. Key was handed over to us at the property with a friendly face. The apartment is at a complex of 54 apartments and this one is one of the easiest to get to and got a superb view of Indian ocean just infront of the famous browns beach. The person look after the property Prathap was very nice friendly corporative fellow who educated us on the surroundings and things to do The property is at walking distance to the most happening area of srilanka the negambo night life street. All the nice pubs and eat out places are two minutes walk . also its in a extremely calm and piece-full area surrounded by greenery one side and the sea on the otherside the living room was spacious the kitchen was amazing with all the equipments to make a light meal. The bathroom was clean and tidy 24/7 security was at the property. there is a swimming pool and gym spa . The pool is in the top floor infinity pool overlooking the indian ocean. The best to observe the sunset while in the pool. you just have to feel it as no words can justify the feeling to have drink at the roof top while dipping in the infinity pool The property is very closer to katunayake international airport which makes it nice to have transit hotel or even to stay longer period. I really wanted to take time to write this review as this is brand new property and words cant justify how nice it is . best is to experience the confort

From the moment I stepped into my air-conditioned haven I knew I was in for a treat. It had a rooftop pool and a balcony with the best sea views!! The apartment itself was a sanctuary of modern comfort, equipped with everything needed including free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and a fully stocked kitchen. The addition of a washing machine was a thoughtful, good for people who are staying for longer. The apartment also had 24 hour security which made me feel comfortable and safe! The best part for me was the pool! I loved going to it and it was so welcoming. Location-wise, you couldn't ask for more. With the beach just around the corner, there was never a shortage of the amazing beaches that Sri Lanka offers. And with Bandaranaike International Airport just a short drive away, getting to and from the accommodation was a breeze. But what truly sets Ocean Breeze apart is its exceptional service. From the warm welcome at the 24-hour front desk to the attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect, every moment felt like a home away from home. Lochana was so kind and helped me out with any questions or concerns I had. All in all, Ocean Breeze Hotel Residencies exceeded all my expectations. It truly was a hidden gem during my stay and I cannot wait to return!!

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, Fun-Ocean-Chill is located in Negombo. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. This was an ideal location for me since I wanted some quite time to get some work done, plus enjoy the usual vibe of Negombo. The apartment is very new and clean and had all the amenities necessary. The location is ideal and restaurants, cafe, mini marts and the beach are all within walking distance. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking to get away for a while.

Set in Negombo, a few steps from Negombo Beach and 1.6 km from Wellaweediya Beach, Sarojeni Apartments offers air conditioning. Big apartments with good equipment kitchen and not small bathroom with hot water and good flow. Very friendly hosts - trying to help with everything you need(can transfer you to/from airport for reson price). Also there is a comfortable bed and clean bed sheets. Very good value for the money.

On our 4 weeks trip this was the best value for the money. Very nice place, good location. Everything you need is around. The apartment is well furnished. So you could perfectly have your breakfast there or dinner. The apartment was located on the backside of the building with a very nice view and completely silent. Also the manager was very nice. Everything was thought of, such as towels, water, and shampoos. Nice place with 2 spacious bedrooms with a fantastic view. The host is very polite and friendly. Location is good, and there is a fully equipped kitchen.
