Local people also live there. So we had the opportunity to enjoy authentic village life, while the apartments had all the modern comforts. It was also a very quiet place. We had booked two apartments for four adults and two children. The bigger apartment has a view and an exit to a large park, where the children had enough space to play and run. The smaller apartment is also nice and comes with a small sitting area in the back garden. Nearby is the excellent Tervete children's park, castle hill and lake, and a horse breeding farm. The hostess was very helpful and told us about the fascinating history of the manor and the village. I definitely recommend this place and Tervete village, there are many exciting activities for both children and adults.

The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Loved the outside patio, perfect for morning coffee. The host stocked the kitchen with essentials, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Great location, only 7min beautiful walk to the beach. This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We will definitely plan another visit to this location.
