Great location, very close to the Quinta Avenida, but just far enough to have quiet night and quality sleep. Not far from the cleanest and maybe the best beach in Playa del Carmen - Mamita beach (Playa mamitas). Clean pool with ample sunbeds and a lot of natural shade. Extremely polite and professional staff at the reception.

Boasting a rooftop pool and views of sea, Kippal - Modern Oasis - ApartHotel is a recently renovated aparthotel set in Cozumel, 2.6 km from Caletita Beach. The building was nice and clean with cool amenities on the bottom floor. The rooftop pool and lounge area was terrific. The room was spacious and clean with a large balcony with a table to eat at and some comfortable lounge chairs. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Bikes were available first come first serve which came in very handy. Each morning, the front desk staff would get me setup with a bike, which I used to go to the dive center. The process was easy and the bikes were in good condition.

Everything was great! Nice, clean and comfortable. Steps away from the beach. Jackie was so nice and communicated so well. Place is absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed my time there!

Casa Elda offers accommodation within 1.2 km of the centre of Tulum, with free WiFi, and a kitchenette with a microwave, a toaster and a fridge. Very beautiful area, you feel comfortable and safe there. Staff is very helpful. Everything is clean, quiet. They organized wellness days with massages - loved this! Fully recommend.
