Great location, very close to the Quinta Avenida, but just far enough to have quiet night and quality sleep. Not far from the cleanest and maybe the best beach in Playa del Carmen - Mamita beach (Playa mamitas). Clean pool with ample sunbeds and a lot of natural shade. Extremely polite and professional staff at the reception.

Located within 5.4 km of Tulum Archeological Site and 1.9 km of Tulum Bus station, Teva Tulum, Aldea Zamá provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Tulum. This was definitely a wonderful stay in Tulum. We booked two room for several nights and both of the rooms were excellent. Moreover, our host, Iza, was super helpful, who provided us with a bunch of useful information, including how to find and enter the complex and the contact to get a texi. Thank you very much!

Situated 100 metres from Playa Holbox, Valentina Holbox offers a garden, a terrace and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. With sea views, this accommodation features a patio. When going to Hotbox with my family, I was actively searching out for a quiet place with chill vibes and a safe environment. I didn't want a lot of luxury, but a little kitchen and a hammock would be gold. From my reservation with Valentina and Jacqueline's communication from the very beginning til actually staying there for a week was beyond expectations. She offered us some compensation for the noise from ongoing construction work on the neighboring ground upfront (also offered to cancel reservations), and apart from one day with heavy work, we didn't really notice it. The kindness and straightforward communication in every aspect of our stay was exceptionel and part of the reasons why I would chose to go back to Valentina if we are to visit Hotbox again. Everyone was so attentive and respectful, it was really a pleasure meeting them. Other reasons would be the peace we felt in the little garden, following the lifes of the resident iguanas (we felt very close to them upon leaving), from the hammocks and hanging chairs on the terrasse. The kitchen supplied us with everything we needed, we made our own breakfast every morning, and the little house comes with plenty of water and coffee. The heating system was working perfectly and they provided us with blankets as well as just the sheets, which I thought was considerate. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The amazing beach is just minutes away, and in close walking distance we found both horseback riding and the bioluminescence (which was a quite magical experience). We also walked daily to town along the beach, we hardly ever needed a taxi. My son is autistic, and one morning he woke up and hit me. I was totally surprised and asked him why did that? Turned out he was mad that we had to leave again, and I don't think a better recommendation could be given:-) Thank you Jacqueline and everyone else for all the fond memories you gave us, I look forward to hopefully coming back one day.

Situated in Tulum, NAJ TULUM features accommodation with rooftop pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. The room was just amazing, with some Maya aspects. The room is very big, even has its own kitchen and on the roof a private Swimmingpool. All amenities were there, the bed was really good and big. Also, Braulio was a great host, via WhatsApp he was there for our every need and question. The location is really quiet and still close to the centre (5 min by car)

Ideally situated in Playa del Carmen, IPANA Luxury Apartments by Vacaciones.Yeah features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free private parking. Location and amenities, having a snack bar on property a big plus, in addition there is a super market a lock away, 5th Avenue is just a block from the property.

Casa Elda offers accommodation within 1.2 km of the centre of Tulum, with free WiFi, and a kitchenette with a microwave, a toaster and a fridge. Nothing to not like about this place. Located close to the centre of Tulum in proximity to facilities like laundries and great restaurants. Grounds (garden, pool, outdoor shared kitchen) were impeccable and the room was divine, smelt great, looked great and had everything you needed. Free drinking water and some free beers in the room. Access was made easy with codes for the front door and room door. On top of all that it was budget friendly. Only regret is we only stayed one night.
