The location is very good, between Thamel and Durbar Square, and the owners are extremely nice, smiley and available to make your stay as great as possible. The rooms are spacious and delightly decorated, with great taste and care. Plus the price is low for this quality and it is very calm in the noisy city. We would not go to any other place if we come back to Kathmandu.

This apartment is clean, has a central location and has great facilities with warm shower. The host, Sudarshan, is amazing and made us feel so welcome and even checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was okay and if he could help us with anything. What a place! Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Kathmandu!!!

Residential area with few restaurants, medical shops, groceries available near. AC provided in both bedrooms, Washing machine & detergent provided for our stay. I would highly recommend this stay. Great support from the host for arranging everything we had requested. Host & family are very warm & welcoming, they are living in upper floors & available for any help
