Set in Los Baños and only 30 km from Villa Escudero Museum, FLB Apartelle Los Banos offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Conrad and Tita Susan were very accommodating and the check-in process was smooth. The property is easier to access if you're coming from UPLB thru Pili Drive as the route going to Maahas road is a bit narrow if you have a vehicle larger than a sedan. My husband and I brought our own car and the property was easy to find since it's in Waze and Google Maps. If you like a quick weekend getaway or even a place where you can remotely work, this place is perfect as the wifi speed is very good. This place is definitely now on my list if I need a quick break from the city.

The condo was extremely clean. The small kitchen was equipped with everything you’ll need to cook. There was a lot of room for 2 people. They also had free wifi and Netflix. The staff around the property were so kind and helpful. Liezl was great from the very start. Super communicative and always available to help whenever we had questions. We absolutely loved it and hope to come back here for our next visit.

Comfortable and self catering, great value for money, Supermarket Mall near by, and inside the subdivision there is home cooked food delivery which is reasonably priced and delicious. Also a small supply shop outside the property with a very friendly shop keeper. A Starbucks very near too that opens early, and also many other restaurants and shops/services in the neighbourhood. Very good transport too. The best part, is Ms Rosalie who is an excellent host. Extremely responsive and very helpful and cares about her guests, also has a lot of knowledge about the local area and helped me with all my questions and concerns. I recommend to anyone who needs a temporary base in St Rosa.
