The communication and the staff were top notch. We were in a room on the 1st floor and could use the elevator to get our bags up the stairs. The room was very spacious and clean. We loved having access to a small kitchen when needed. This place is on one of the best streets in Porto - you can walk to the train station but since it's hilly, I would suggest an Uber. The staff is LOVELY and really made our time easy and fun. We will definitely return to this location!

Modern,excellently equipped. The front desk staff was especially welcoming and helpful. Andrea assisted with our luggage, showed us to our accommodations, instructed us on the operation of included appliances (washer/dryer) and gave direction to nearby restaurants and grocery.
