We have stayed at the property twice already, and loved both stays. The apartments are very new and exceptionally clean. The whole building is super well maintained. The property administrator is very friendly and accommodating. We had to book our stay very last minute and he was super responsive and helpful, for which we are very grateful. The apartment was very cozy and comfortable, great minimalistic decor - which we love. Loads of space in the bedroom closet as well as in the bathroom, making a longer stay comfortable. Air-condition, as well as loads of windows - made a summer stay easy and not stuffy. There is free parking at the property which was a big plus! All in all, great choice for a stay in Cluj.

We were checking-in after 10:00 pm, so manager sent all the instructions online just after I’ve made a booking. Very helpful staff with perfect English! There is also a garage parking which is included in the price!

We liked it a lot, it was an amazing stay The apartments deserve every cent, the view from the apartments were stunning. They put everything that we need for breakfast in the refrigerator.

Super and helpful host! Spotlessly clean. Gorgeous quirky decor, under floor heating. Fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine. One of the best I've ever stayed in. Value for money is beyond exceptional. Unfortunately I only had 1 night here but I would return again beyond hesitation. Thank you so much :)

Situated in Sibiu, 1.3 km from Great Square and 1.4 km from The Stairs Passage, Plaza35 aparthotel provides city views and free WiFi. All air-conditioned units include a fully equipped kitchenette. Het was echt schoon en alles was nieuw. Je hebt veel meer ruimte dan in een hotelkamer, en een klein keukentje erbij. Een airco in de slaapkamer en een airco in de woonkamer. Super goede douche in de mooie badkamer. Genoeg kastruimte voor je kleren. De locatie is prima. Onderin het gebouw zit aan de straatkant een restaurant Hug the Plate, waar je perfect kunt ontbijten en lunchen, niet duur en echt vers. Dingen die ik altijd heel belangrijk vind, die niet standaard zijn, zijn: hygiëne en hoe nieuw iets is (geen schimmel, etc), goede stevige bedden, accessability (lift), genoeg ruimte, en de rest is extra. En als extra was ik ook blij met: een goede föhn, een strijkplank met heel goed strijkijzer dat we konden lenen van de receptie, en zelfs een schoenlepel ;) Beneden is er een taxi standplaats voor de deur! Maar de stad is ook vol van goede, nieuwe auto's die voor uber of bolt rijden en via de app vind je er altijd eentje die binnen een paar minuten voor de deur staat en je voor minder dan 4 euro naar de andere kant van de stad rijdt. Ook is het vliegveld heel dichtbij, 10 minuutjes rijden. Alles bij elkaar een top locatie, zou het iedereen aanbevelen!

Reeds enkele malen daar overnacht en telkens het gevoel gehad bij vrienden thuis te komen Zeer ruim en praktisch appartement. Kraaknet en voorzien van uitstekende wifi en thee en koffie faciliteiten. Echt een aanrader!

Modern Central-Near Unirii Square heeft accommodatie met airconditioning in het centrum van Cluj-Napoca, op 7 minuten lopen van Kasteel Bánffy, 500 meter van Etnografisch Museum van Transsylvanië en... Getting into the apartment was amazingly easy. The owner sent a video with instructions how to get in, leaving little to interpretation. It's much more precise than a verbal description. More owners should do this. The apartment was huge. You could easily stay there comfortably for a prolonged time. The location was great too, near the university in the old part of the city. The rear of the building (see uploaded photo) looks to be part of the city wall. There are numerous restaurants in the area.
