Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, good wifi, top quality modern furnishings as shown in photos, spacious. Highly recommended. I would stay here again.

The location Crni vrh is excellent for your holliday whether just admiring the nature or hiking very near mountains (over 2000 m Stara Planina). Beatiful new appartment, nice host Dragoslav Gagi, who explained us all hiking trails around, eveverything was perfect. Very near is ski resort Stara Planina recommended to visit also in summer.

It was clean and had everything that one may need. It is close to the city center. The best part was Vesna. She is great!

Great location, easy to find, on site free parking. 5min walk from city center. It is exceptionally clean. It has all needed amenities so you can stay even longer. Excellent comfy beds. We arrived on a cold day, the heating was ON, inside temperature - perfectly worm. Had a perfect stay, very quiet, there is patio in front of the apartment, so you can have a cigarette break there. Hosts are super friendly, they literally waited for us. All in all, a perfect example how thing should be done. Most definitely coming back here.

That's an excellent option for those travelling by car to enjoy a calm stay close to the main road. The hosting family is incredibly (underlined) welcoming. The large terrace overlooks majestic Avatar-style rocks, which would be wonderful to hike around if we had time. Special thanks for organising our late arrival as we got stuck in traffic on our way.

Our stay at this property was excellent. This is a century-old house renovated just that much so it can be cozy comfortable and a lifetime experience. The owner Mr. Zoran was an excellent host.

Very comfortable room with bed, kitchenette with basic staff, bathroom with hot water and heating provided, very pleasant owner, I spoke with lady on the phone where in the first order I was welcomed very warm and after her employee took care of me with explanation of the apartment, if I come back to the area maybe I'll consider staying little longer, there is also restaurant where you can eat breakfast and dinner, there are also beautiful views on Stara Planina mountains and 15min by car to Babin Zub Hotel where you start trekking to Midzur

We recommending that place it’s a great value and definitely will come back when visiting Pirot again!
