It is a lovely, spacious apartment and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable...breakfast staples (eggs, yogurt, bread, butter, cookies), tea/coffee, toiletries, even toothpaste and extra tooth brushes. There is a big TV with many English channels. Heating is available in the living and bedrooms. A nice small patio to sit outside. There is a laundry machine to use. Owners are right next door for any questions or concerns. We contacted them using WhatsApp. The town center is a bit of a walk from the apartment but nothing too arduous. Make sure you try a Bambalouni (Tunisian donut) in town! The apartment is right up the road from the train station when coming from Tunis, or going to explore Carthage Ruins. I highly recommend staying at Olivia Guesthouse.

The kitchen was just a pleasure - all working well and the hosts had prepared breakfast in the fridge. The hosts thought of everything a traveller would appreciate. Heating ( central heating) is efficient and washing machine is provided. Parking is easy and safe. Honestly the most beautiful house I found in Tunisia during my long trip. I will certainly be back. Its unique location at approximately equal distance in the geographical middle between the objectives, makes it possible to visit them - with a little effort, because the distances are still great! – without being dependent on a taxi! If you want to walk, calculate about 30 minutes between the STUDIO and any of the objectives. There are objectives worth visiting: the Amphitheater (for gladiators), Villas Romanes; Musee de Carthage (under renovation until 2027, but with an interesting outdoor park), Therme D'Antoninu There are sights that are worth a walk: Roman Theater; The port punique There are sights that are not worth the trouble of visiting: Paleo-Christian Museums, Tophet de Salammbo, Quartier Magon, Quartier Didon, Building with columns

Truly a recommendation for people who appreciate the romantic atmosphere of the old days. The hosts are kind, charming and hospitable people who put a lot of love into their property and care about their guests’ comfort. I much appreciated their attentiveness during my stay.
