In the Ba Dinh district of Hanoi, close to Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, 22housing Residence Suites has a garden and a washing machine. The property was pristine and looked just like the pictures. the man at the front desk was extremely helpful! The person who confirmed my reservation with me, was also very helpful.

One of the most the well thought of from a features and decor point of view places I have ever stayed at. This place is fantastic if you want something away from the noise of Old Quarter but still want to get to it. I highly recommend taking a Lake View apartment since the view is stellar. Also great is the facilities, Washing machine / Dryer on every floor, Netflix on the TVs, Most appliances you would need for a longer stay. VERY Highly recommend if looking for a quiet place in Hanoi.

Staff very helpful and welcoming. Housekeeping excellent. Elevator. Spacious room. W/D. Ceiling fans. A/C. Filtered water cooler. Location for us (middle aged couple) was perfect. Not too touristy, and just 15 to 20 minute walk to the Hoan Kiem lake area (or take a cheap Grab). Tons of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. Highly recommend.

The venue was close to my work which was very convenient. I liked that there were kitchen facilities (even a rice cooker) and washing machine which made my stay very comfortable. I liked that the TV could connect my phone. The bed was also very comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful and were available 247 through Whatsapp which was nice.
