Very friendly lady at the desk, cheap scooter rental which were well maintained, good AC in the room, good social area.

I loved this hotel ! Massive spacious room, clean. Breakfast was good, the host was so lovely, smiley and caring for our needs, she also offers laundry and bike rental and she booked our bus to Hue for a much better price than online. Location was perfect, next door to a lovely Cafe. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants.

The owners were sooo friendly. I got sick and they went with us to the hospital and made us soup and went to get medication for us! Really clean room, they cleaned it every day and gave us fresh towels and new water bottles. Bathroom was spacious and room was beautiful. They have a great pool, restaurant with delicious food, motorcycles rental, they arrange for us jungle trekking and bus transportation! Would recommend a thousand times!

The hotel itself was the nicest place we have stayed so far in Vietnam, the pool was lovely and hotel room very clean and spacious. It was the host family that really made our short stay special, they invited us to join them for a Vietnamese family lunch which was amazing!

The owner has been very helpful from the very start for our short stay. There was no problem for a late check in. The next day after check out she kept our luggages so we could visit the surroundings easily. At the end of the day she even let us use her swimming pool shower before taking our night bus, that she booked for us!

Amazing host who helps you with absolutely everything from tours to buses to taxis and moped rental. Very good free breakfast too which makes this place great value for money

Nice pools, nice breakfast, scooter rental service, pickup and drop of service, spacious clean rooms. We extended and loved our stay here, in the middle of the phong nha-ke bang national park. Also close to duckstop - such a fun activity

Really close to the train station, staff were very nice and welcoming. They let us check in early in the morning. I would recommend for short stays or to be close to the train station. Bear in mind it’s only cash payment.

price performance ratio is great, very friendly staff (made us some pancakes for breakfast on our arrival although we hadn't checked in), early check-in was possible, nice bungalow with beautiful view and private dining spot and hammock below, bike rental included, pizza ordering service available

Tam and his family were amazing hosts, even picking us up in the middle of the night when we arrived off the bus, letting us check into our room early, and then booking our onward travel for us with a pickup direct from the homestay. Our room was perfectly clean and comfortable and the banana pancakes for breakfast might be my favourite banana pancakes ever! Tam also arranged a motorbike rental for us, recommended restaurants nearby, and helped us plan our activities during our stay 😊
