Staff at the reception is super friendly and helpful, they have helped us book tickets to visit Reed Flute Cave (within walking distance from the property) and gave helpful recommendations for sites to visit. Quiet location so nice for relaxing. The hotel is not in the centre of Guilin but that is not an issue as taxis to the centre are quick and cheap (10-20RMB).

We had a great night there listening to all the music and dancing on the edge of the lakes. Wonderful helpful and friendly staff, who very efficiently arranged all our activities and tours for us. Spacious, clean and quiet room with mountain view. The bed is very comfortable. Recommend to try the local noodles for breakfast. It's delicious 😋. Coffee is👍 too. About 12-15 mins walking distance to the famous Reed Flute Cave. The host can also arrange local tours. Very cosy and relaxing environment. The hotel is located in a cute little village, walking distance from the reed flute caves and there are many options for nice walks along the river. The hotel is a pleasant walk away from the Reed Flute caves but requires transportation to reach the city center. The hotel arranged for someone to pick me up at the railway station. The driver arrived a few minutes late but arrived and brought me to the hotel.
