The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The hotel is located right next to the Xi’an Ancient City wall and in an area that has many local food places and has a vibrant night life. It is pretty centrally located from most inner city sights and tourist attractions.

The staff is very kind and helpful, they helped us to book tickets for the bus to the Terracotta Army and took us to the bus stop. Breakfast is very good and during the day snacks and drinks are available for free in the dining room/ reception.

It's clean, the staff are super friendly and will chat with you. It's in a good location close to a metro station that goes straight to the city centre in 5 minutes and also some fast food shops and a mini supermarket. We stayed in a dorm and although it was small, was a incredibly well thought out! Super clean with a storage locker, totally private bed spaces with a heated toilet seat to name just a few things! The staff were also absolutely wonderful. We came to Xi’an for Chinese New Year and came back late most nights, but the staff always made sure we had somebody to message to get incase the door was locked.
