Beautiful room with basic cooking facilities (a saucepan in addition to the frying pan would help people self catering). Very quite at night. The use of the roof top terrace with a view of the castle was a bonus. Really nice being able to relax above the crowds have a drink or 2, admire the castle and be happy that you don’t need to get back to Prague.

Picked this place since it wasn't very far from the Karlstejn castle. The room was as advertised - cozy and neat for a single traveler. Was there only for a night. The staff were very courteous and were able to accommodate my dietary requirements too. The food I had was great - loved the fried cheese. All in all, a wonderful place to stay.

We stayed in an executive room, and the room was spacious and comfortable and there was a mosquito window. It had airconditioning. Staying near the river and surrounded by a lot of green, the mosquito window was very welcome. The hotel had asked us to change our dates, and because of that, there was a present waiting in our room. The zoo is next door. The walk from the train station Karlstejn to the hotel is around 1 km, but is is a nice walk. There are parking spaces at the hotel.
