The place was comfortable and had everything I needed, the neighborhood was pleasant, and Michele is a fantastic host. He even picked me up at the bus for free. It was an easy and smooth stay.

Very good breakfast and kind staff. The rooms in the front have a great place to sit out in the morning and evening. The garden view rooms are also very nice. The beach is at your doorstep and, as divers, easy access to the dive center and home reef was a real plus. The beds are roomy and comfortable. The dive center is perfectly set up to accommodate divers of all levels. Their home reef makes for amazing dives and they are also able to arrange boat trips as well as shore dives from other locations. Thank you to everyone who made our stay memorable! Everyone working there is just simply wonderful! Special shout out to Hamada and Hussein, thank you for making everything so nice! And to the house keeping staff, thank you for the special care you took in making our sea view room extra lovely! ;)

1- The location is perfect and near to the beach. 2- The room is large enough, it's a suites. 3- The hotel is calm and clean always. 4- Sunday & Thursday there is a big party. 5- Room service fantastic. 6- the hotel is designed for adult and elderly. 7- There is 3 pools inside. 8- location, staff, services and reception. Best of the best. This place is truly a dream. Best property I got in my whole Egypt trip. Don't think about it, just come here. You won't ever regret it. In the beginning, I thought it was going to be too far from the center. Once there, I learned how to use the microbuses, like the locals, and the distance was never an issue but, in the contrary, a huge advantage. Sharm El-Sheikh is some kind of Disneyland where it's all about money and business. On the other hand, Royssath, where this B&B is located, you can get to live the real Egypt, meet Egyptians and almost feel like a local. You'll learn how to use the Egyptian transport and save TONS of money. You'll also meet Desy and her husband, and their friend Gaby. They're the best. Made me feel so much at home. They'd offer me rides to Sharm and once even to some expats Christmas party. They're so great. I still feel so grateful for them. The breakfast Desy will offer you is just THE breakfast. So tasty and complete. After her breakfast, all the other ones I got at other hotels in Egypt got just wiped from my memory. Hers is THE one. I don't know how to encompass how much I liked it here, to be honest. The place is just decorated in such a way, every ducking plant, cushion, rope, swing... is just on its perfect location. The view of the swimming pool with the Royssath mount on the back during dusk, the elegancy of the room, the warm lights reflecting on the cob walls... It'll all make you want to stay here longer, as it was my case
