A warm welcome awaits at Chateau D'Arry with huge rooms that have been beautifully furnished and finished to a very high standard. Great linen and immaculately clean. Our host was so lovely to speak with and keen to help in any way he could. Breakfast was beautifully presented with local produce and home made preserves. A Michelin starred dinner recommendation for our anniversary celebration made it even better - Thank you Chateau D'Arry. In a great location en-route to/from Calais.

The château is newly renovated with a lot of taste. Bright colors, modern bathrooms, large bedroom which enabled us to do our morning yoga together. Very comfortable kingsize bed with good pillows. The owners welcomed us in their very authentic and friendly way which made you feel at home immediately. One evening we were to late to organize dinner bookings. The owners offered us if we would organize our own seafood platter, they would accommodate us on the terrace or garden. Which we accepted. We were treated like kings.

The visionary and charming proprio took the time when we arrived to explain the history of the house to us. Incredible to sleep in a room where people have been sleeping for 282 years! We loved this bucolic bubble which is being carefully and tastefully maintained and planted. The breakfasts are vegetarian with eclectic cheeses, home-produced jams and juices and artisanal breads and viennoiseries. it’s in just the right place to explore the coast from Ault to Le Touquet.

The hostess made an extra effort to take care of her guests. Small surprises during breakfast, helped us find good spots to visit, great conversations and just a general feeling that she wanted to take good care of her guests. Would definitely recommend!
