Breakfast was really good, with lots of choice. Our hostess was really helpful; we arrived late on a Sunday and she phoned round to find a restaurant for us (in Rocamadour, back along the precipitous, windy roads we had driven to get there!) Spectacular views from the restaurant and on the roads around.

We enjoyed so very much our stay in Les Estoiles des Cales. Totally sweet and kind hosts - made us feel so very wellcome. Super facilities - very clean and nice room - house - garden and all. What an INCREDIBLE place. This historic character property is nestled in the French countryside overlooking a beautiful river. This old mill house has been lovingly restored by the owners with great attention to detail. The grounds are spectacular with ancient stone architecture, beautiful flowers, and a river to lull you to sleep. Possibly the only thing that surpasses all that is the amazing hosts. You couldn’t find a better couple to share this magical place.

The house is very cosy with friendly and welcoming hosts. The interior of rooms is cute and well-designed. We had an amazing morning with birds singing all around and fresh pain au chocolat for the breakfast. Don't forget to look at the sky at night, millions of stars are there.

Beautiful grounds, garden and pool area, which sadly we couldnt use as it rained during our one night stay. Friendly hosts, very comfy bed and good shower. Nice small patio for sitting outside the room. Room and bathroom very clean. Plenty of parking. Nice welcoming breakfast.

Quiet location, comfortable room in a beautiful location overlooking the swimming pool and valley. Regine was a wonderful host and made a huge effort to communicate despite our limited French. Each morning we had a great breakfast, which was a little varied each of the 3 mornings of our stay, consisting of fresh bread, local cheese, home made jams, fresh fruit, yoghurt, eggs and cake. As well as the pool, guests have access to an outdoor table to enjoy their own food. I highly recommend.
