The hosts were exceptionally friendly and caring for us ... there was never enough done to make our stay absolutely pleasant. thank you so much. We look forward to come back! The breakfasts were a true delight!

All units come with a terrace with city views, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and a private bathroom with shower. A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also provided, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the bed and breakfast, every unit has bed linen and towels.

Very comfortable with the advantage of having a communal kitchen and a large outside terrace. Easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, supermarket and gas station in a charming village. Excellent communications with Fanny. Thoroughly recommend staying at Maison Ferrol.

    An excellent hotel to stay when travelling from Spain to UK and would stay again.Dog friendly in both the rooms and restaurant.The restaurant is superb-a little pricey but worth it.Great breakfast too.Comfortable beds and quiet room.Slept well.

    What a warm welcome! The staff were so friendly and took the time to show us round. Dinner in the restaurant was a delight as was the breakfast, which surpassed itself in homemade pancakes and madeleines as well as beautifully prepared fresh fruit. We stayed in the annex and loved the little garden we had outside as well as the electric blind which darkened the room perfectly for a good night's sleep.

    The location was perfect: Close to the Atlantic Coast and Bordeaux but still in a quiet area. The hosts were very kind and we especially liked the many birds (swans, chickend, goose, duck, turkey, parrot etc) of the owners. The airconditioning and swimming pool was nice as well because it was 42 degrees during our stay.

    Le Barp is a small place and quite charming. We and our dogs had a warm welcome, a great evening with a nice dinner and a superb breakfast in the morning. Easy to find when traveling through France. Can really recommend this hotel.
