We needed to check-in early, our host was very accommodating. The chalet-style rooms are very nicely decorated, with lots of high tech gadgets and innovative decorating ideas...like a TV that emerges from the foot of the bed, little sparkling stars in the ceiling, and a large stone that makes the separation for the shower. (I have to admit I actually thought there was a cow fur wall until I touched it and discovered it was tile!). The reception-bar-game room area is quite inviting for adults and children... and dont forget to use the jacuzzi (bathrobes and slippers are provided)!

newly renovated large room with modern new bathroom with fabulous shower. the hosts were so friendly, helpful, continental breakfast included. could come and go as we pleased, perfect for our 3 day stay in Morzine, our skiing all day, back to change and our every evening with friends for dinner.

Additionally, they offer a nice variety of wines. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-designed, with thoughtful touches like star-lit roof lighting that my son particularly enjoyed.

We absolutely loved Hôtel Neige et Roc. The family running the restaurant are so good and helpful providing a very good hospitality. Rooms very clean, quiet & comfortable, Bathroom new and well appointed, Breakfast was good - plenty of choice and very tasty. The sauna and massage was wonderful. And specially the spa and the Swedish bath was undoubtedly the best.

Very friendly and helpful host ). Due to our personal issues our trip was shifted. She was waiting for us and even suggested extending our small stay without any payment! Wish her all the best! As for location - it is great. The lift, restaurants are all nearby.
