A little hidden gem in the middle of St. Brieuc. Don't be put off by the appearance of the place from the outside! When you step inside you get a warm welcome and a little oasis of calm and cosy. Beautiful historic home with a delightful hostess, comfortable beds, delicious breakfasts, and a peaceful garden space. Very easy walk into town. Madame Benedicte speaks French primarily but we were still able to communicate. It was a convenient 1 hour drive to Mt St Michel, and close to many other gems of the Emerald Coast including Cap Fréhel.

The apartment is really clean, wide and full of natural light. It seems to have been renewed recently. The owner is fiendly and when we arrived we received a warm welcome. We liked the apartment immediatly. The breakfast is huge and delicious. The attention to guests' needs is evident. A solution that you wil not regret about.

From the moment we pulled up in the easily accessible parking area we were warmly welcomed by the very helpful proprietors. The upstairs bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower cubicle and a separate toilet room were perfect for us. Downstairs there is an amazing lounge/dining room for our sole use. It is beautifully furnished with plenty of interesting pictures, ornaments, books and photos and has a fridge amongst the more expected facilities. The most amazing thing was that the lounge patio doors opened on to a most amazing large garden which we were encouraged to explore. It is a gardeners and artists delight, laid out with a huge variety of flowering plants, shrubs and trees, as fine as any garden I have paid entry to. Following the myriad of grassy paths and cleverly laid out pathing, there are a vast amount of sculptures, ornaments and interesting objects to discover.

What a magic place to be. The rooms are very spacious I mean like we never had a bigger or more original room ever and we use to travel. If you like history and the kind of France how it supposed to be, that’s the place to be. The owners are super friendly and helpful.
