Very welcoming host, very practical setting furniture wise, efficient electric heater, extra clean, open to the garden, private outdoor space, very quiet at night. Warm atmosphere, generous continental breakfast.

Such a friendly, comfortable place to stay. Superb breakfast. Beautiful views. Pristine lake within a 10-minute walk. We stayed with our two year-old. Julie and Davy did everything to make all three of us most welcome. We spent a day on the stunning Voie Verte des Hautes Vosges, less than a half-hour drive away. Very convenient location for Gerardmer and all that the area has to offer. Also just 1.5 hours from Basel-Mulhouse Airport. I highly recommend this hotel.

Host is very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and so were the bathroom and the WC. Breakfast was very nice. The location is great - beautiful scenery and quiet. The whole property was very clean. We’d love to go back again.

A beautifully appointed place which has been furnished and decorated with superb taste. Delphine is a perfect host. It is calm and comfortable and is in a wonderful spot. We loved it!

Amazing service! Very nice room - spacious, well equipped and clean. Breakfast was very tasty with a wide range to choose from - fruits, breads, jams, hams, cheese... all the stuff you can expect at a breakfast plus freshly made things like eggs, pancakes and so on. Very pleased with the food. SPA is a great addition - we loved the fact that you can book a specific hour and enjoy the space by ourselves, everyday. On top of that, the hosts are VERY nice people, everyday making sure to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Definitely a place we will stay at in the future if we visit the area again
