loved it all. Speechless, what a lovely place. One of the nicest stop over places I've ever stayed. Perfect in every way. Comfortable, convenient, would recommend it, and hosts are really welcoming too. Always travelled down south and back without stopping over!! Not any more now we have found this gem of a place.

The room was very comfortable and clean, especially beds were great. Mr. Stuart was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated also varied choice for breakfast. There were only 4 rooms for guests, so we felt quite private. Also the location was great - walking distance to city center and to the Wallace Monument. There were also private parking place in front of the house.

The house is lovely, set in beautiful grounds with easy access to the M9 & M80. Thick lined curtains along with very comfortable beds and pillows, afford a great night's sleep. Crisp white bed linens and soft, white towels of a good size along with a well equipped bathroom. Everywhere spotlessly clean. The breakfasts are fresh, tasty and plentiful. Hannah is the real star though, her care and attention to detail is wonderful. Can't recommend highly enough.

Everything about Fletcher’s was fantastic. Close to the train and easy walk to the castle. Large, comfortable rooms. Excellent food for both dinner and the included breakfast. Staff (Stewart & Jamie) are professional and friendly - definite assets. Highly recommend this property.
