Spacious room with comfortable beds and pillows, room was cleaned every day, the bathroom equipped with both shower and spa bath, big balcony with garden view and sitting area, beautiful nicely decorated villa. The hostess is so kind and generous that we didn't want to leave :-) The location is great: quiet place but just few minutes drive to autostrada. Breakfast in the loggia was super great and varied with great homemade cakes and jams. We would definitely return if we need to stop over again in Forli.

Our apartment was wonderful - attractive, comfortable, spacious, with a great shower. Breakfast was delicious, and the personnel were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Corte Livia.

We were there about 4 night,we weren’t in Forli before,the room,bathroom everything was clean. We are surprised from Giardino 34.Outside has a big garden with flowers,trees and the sun shine very well so you can taste the mornings with a coffee and a croissant. Everything is clean and comfortable in Giardino 34.

The amount of love that the host put into this B&B is incredible. We really enjoyed the breakfast... Especially Anna's coffee. It can wake up princess Snow White herself. Approved!

Our room was super clean and comfortable. There was a free parking slot in the garden as well. Each detail of the room and common area was very cute and nice! Nadine is super kind person, she prepared breakfast for us, she is very friendly. In the room and in the kitchen there was everything that one may need! We enjoyed a lot staying there! I loved everything about this place. Very spacious, very clean, very tall ceilings, which i love, light everywhere, perfect air conditioning, clean sheets, very friendly owner, great location, two great supermarkets within easy walking distance, very close to train station. i only wish they had more rooms so that I could stay longer!

We are returning guests and were again not disappointed, will come back again in late August. The host is simply outstanding, very friendly and helpful - and a great cook who values local produce and gave us a great start into the morning. My wife is allergic to wheat so she got a special breakfast which looked even tastier than mine... ;-)
