The location is so beautifull surrounding tea gardens, mesmerising views of the mountain ranges of adams peak and the serven virgin mountains indeed as named it was so tranquil. Mr. Bennet and his wifes service was beyond the money they did everything with love. The food was homely and tasty.

We liked the most was Raj. He is the guy who manage the place and he is an absolute pleasure. His professionalism and friendliness really helped us enjoy the trip. It was such a nice place. He made tea for us, got us food and did everything we asked without any complaints. We would go there again, just for him.

I loved this place! It has been one of my favorites during my trip in Sri Lanka! Nilu and Rucki are amazing hosts and they made sure I had a great stay in Hatton. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet and you also have your own space in the garden to relax. The whole family is absolutely lovely, the food was very good (big portions) and they also helped me do my laundry. Nilu has been most helpful during my whole stay and I had a great time chatting with her! Rucki also drove me around the countryside areas around Hatton, which was amazing. They also picked me up and sent me back to the railway station at the beginning and at the end of my stay. I would absolutely stay here again! Hatton is a great base to visit the area near Adam’s Peak. It is a small, non-touristy local town with great scenery, tea fields, waterfalls, rice paddies, mountain views, Tamil villages and temples. It gives you a much more authentic experience than staying in Ella, so I would absolutely recommend a stop in Hatton on the way to Kandy or Ella!

I booked it just for one night on my way to the east and did´t expect such a wonderful stay. Very friendly hosts good meals close to Hatton an breathtaking views from the terrace!

Really nice hotel with balcony and nice view. It was clean and we felt really comfortable. We were in the room at the top which was really nice. There were also towels

We were welcomed by extremely nice family, especially daughter who speaks very good English. Everybody was helpful and made us very delicious homemade and fresh food. The room is very big and has a beautiful view.
