Perfect location to avoid any traffic jams if you know Ulcinj:)!!! Also its one of the closest to the beaches at Velika Plaža. Nearest (quite) restaurant and shop are 100m away. The building is brand new. Apartment is like photoshoped, furniture has still the "new" smell, very well equipped (kitchenware, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, hand blender, đezva!,..), even for demanding guests. You will certainly enjoy the mattresses. Visiting Ulcinj/Donji štoj for years; hard if not impossible to find a place like this. Last but not least, hosts are extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Highly recommend when coming to Velika Plaža.

Everything is new and CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN Free parking. Good position near sandy beach, with great conection with city center, grand plaza and Ada Bojana. Saff is graat. This familiy buisniss hotel iz grat place for couples, families… Great people will wait you when you arive, and be there for you all time of your vocation.

Even though we made a late reservation, our stay here exceeded our expectations . Everything was good, quiet area, a lot of space out front where we parked our car and we were sure that it would be safe since it was in our sight. Would recommend to others and definitely would be happy to come again.

The hotel room we stayed in was spacious and convenient if you want two separate rooms but still want to be in the same area with family. The hotel had a lift so it was easy to get to your room. Bedding and towels were changed everyday and room tidied up. We loved the restaurant, the food was delicious and you had different options to pick from everyday. We had breakfast included with our room, with that you were able to pick one cold drink and one hot drink aswell as a dish of your choice. I definitely recommend the Fritters and fresh orange juice. For dinner, you had a large range of options to pick from and all food we tried was nice and fresh. The service provided from the restaurant staff was amazing, very friendly and waiters were there for anything you needed. I especially want to say thank you to Elmin for his amazing service and the manager of the hotel who provided us with anything we needed. The hotel was in a perfect location, at the centre of Stoj and a short walk to the shuttle which takes you to the beaches. Once again, thank you to all the staff and we’ll definitely be back next year :)

Odlično locirani apartmani, blizu centra Štoja , šetališta i restorana, ali bez buke i gužve. Izuzetno ljubazni domaćini, izašli su u susret svakoj našoj molbi i prevazišli sva očekivanja. Bukirali smo jedan dan, za probu, a ostali skoro ceo mesec!

Friendly owner (fluent english speaker), clean room, good WiFi connection, transfer to Ulcinj bus station and 20-25 minutes walk from apartments- great sand beach!
