Miara's cooking is nothing shot of exquisite. The room is beautifully furnished, the swimming pool and the gym are there, the prices are very low... I could go on and on and on.. And you can always meet someone interesting there because good places attract good people. Let us not forget Gerard's sparkling conversation skills and his collection of home made rums, which made sure we were drunk even before the Michelin-star quality dinner cooked by Miara. If I had a hundred hats, I would take them all off in honor of those amazing hosts, whom we hope to see many more times again and whom we would be privileged to call friends!

Terrific communication from Hery and Soli; generous parquet floored spotless room, a hot bath, very helpful in booking and paying for bus on my behalf. Nearby Sweety restaurant has good-sized portions of solid dishes at great value. Easy to walk to photo museum, the Avenida and wherever else.
