I stayed here at the start of my Madagascar trip and it could not have been a better welcome. The airport pickup from the hotel worked perfect, the room was clean and comfy, and the staff very nice and even speaking English. throughout the day you have drinking water, tea and coffee in the kitchen and the nice maid prepares breakfast everyday!

The Maison d'Hôtes Mandrosoa was very welcoming and comfy. We stayed one night in the standard room and two nights in the superior room. They were very clean and tastefully decorated. The food was good too. The breakfast includes crepes, baguettes, jam, butter, tea, coffe and fresh juices. For dinner you can choose between malagasy dishes as well as hamburger or other international food. And last but not the least, all the hotel staff is very kind and make you feel at home. If we'll come again in Tana, we have no doubt about where to stay: Maison d'Hôtes Mandrosoa is the perfect place for relax (there's also a nice swimming pool and a garden) and enjoy the Malagasy hospitality!

The location is not far from Ivato airport so it is a great spot to stay overnight. Great breakfast, clean rooms and in general very helpful owners. I felled down from a scooter and got lots of wounds so the owner took me to a local medical center where they cleaned up all of them, bandaged them and gave me some meds and tips. So the owner will help you with all your questions. He was like an Angel! :)

We loved our stay at Meva Guesthouse. Beautiful grounds, and the spacious rooms. Fabienne and her staff were very accommodating. They really helped coordinate our late arrival, sketchy departure times on Tsardia, and left-luggage arrangements. They prepped delicious meals, and attended our every request. Very comfortable rooms, and bedding, with great baths and plenty of hot water. We would stay again, no doubt.
