Breakfast wasn't included however the location proximity to city was incredible. In fact it was in walking distance and easy to find everything I needed. Parking was easy and it felt very private from the main house.

This is a great little set up, clean, tidy and nicely decorated, with more than you would expect. We loved having 2 arm chairs, a great shower, and a good breakfast. We appreciated having a fridge, toaster and microwave so we could cater for ourselves - over and above the breakfast provided. The location was about a 5-minute drive from the city centre and the area was very quiet at night.

The bed was excellent, and access to the forest and lake was a bonus. Our hostess was welcoming and charming, and made sure that we settled in with a minimum of fuss.
