Super friendly and they organized my transport (including driving me around personally) helped me find a place to eat, got me to the nearby hot springs (Cocalmayo) and made me feel incredibly welcome. Very nice hotel, room was small, but for one night it was perfect. Staff was very helpful providing us with all needed information about bus tickets to Macchu Picchu and other useful information. Location is also very good, just a little bit noisy as it is located near railway.

Great view out the window. Staff were super helpful! One of them ended up being our tour guide for Machu Picchu and he was excellent! Another staff member took us to the place to buy the bus tickets and then to the bus stop for a Machu Picchu the next day. Really impressed by how helpful the staff were.

The host was kind enough to let us keep our luggage while we were visiting Machu Pichu. First, it was difficult for us to find the place however it seems all the hostels are on the same buildings. Surprisingly the location is actually very strategic facing the main road where so many restaurants and shops around the area. Room is quiet spacious for Aguas Calientes size of rooms however the bathroom is super small eventho its clean. The view of the room is to the river and we got white noise from the water every night.
